Who we are

GolfStack LLC (“GolfStack,” “we,” “us”) is a golf technology company. We are developing a mobile golf training application. This website describes the company and that work.

This website is an informational company site. It is not directed at children.

Privacy questions and requests go to privacy@golfstack.com. Other company email goes to hello@golfstack.com.

What this policy covers

This policy describes this corporate website. It does not govern a separate mobile application or other software product from GolfStack. Accounts, swing video, photos, practice history, and any junior-player information in the mobile app will be handled under that app’s own privacy policy.

Information we collect

• Email you send us. If you write to hello@golfstack.com or privacy@golfstack.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message or attach.
• Technical logs. The company that hosts this website may process IP addresses, browser information, the page requested, and request timestamps to deliver, secure, and maintain the site.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. We do not buy marketing lists. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on this website.

How we use it

• Reply to an email you send us.
• Keep a record of that email.
• Deliver, secure, and maintain the website.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use email you send us to train public models.

Cookies and tracking

We do not currently use advertising cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking on this website. We do not use this website to track visitors’ browsing activity across unrelated websites.

Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request timestamps, to deliver, secure, and maintain the website. If we introduce analytics or tracking technologies, we will update this policy to describe them before we use them.

Who we share it with

• GolfStack staff and contractors who need an email to answer you.
• The hosting provider that serves this website and processes technical logs for that purpose.
• The email provider that receives mail sent to our @golfstack.com addresses.
• Advisors or authorities when the law requires it, or when we need to protect GolfStack or someone else from harm.

We do not share website information with advertisers, and we do not allow other companies to collect information on this site for their own advertising. Those providers act to deliver hosting or email. They are not authorized to use email you send us for their own marketing.

The mobile app GolfStack is developing is not operated under this website policy. Information that app collects will be described in the app’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Email you send us is kept while we are corresponding and for as long as we need a record of that message. You may ask us to delete it, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it. Records that tax rules require stay for the period those rules require.

Your choices

Email privacy@golfstack.com to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of contact details we hold from email to GolfStack, or to opt out of follow-up mail. We will respond to that request. We may decline or limit a request where the law allows, including when we must keep a record for a legal obligation or an active contract.

If the law where you live gives you additional privacy rights, including rights related to tracking across websites, use the same address to exercise them. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

We use ordinary care for a company site: access limited to people doing the work, and providers that encrypt traffic in transit. No website or email account can promise that a message cannot be intercepted. Do not send passwords, payment cards, or health details to us by email.

Changes

We post updates on this page and change the effective date above. For a material change, we will also describe the change at the top of this page for a reasonable time after it takes effect. The updated policy applies from the new effective date to information collected after that date.
