Scope of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the GolfStack LLC corporate website, including its informational content and contact features.

They do not govern the use of any separate mobile application or software product developed or operated by GolfStack LLC, unless that product expressly says so.

This website describes the company. Use of the mobile app is governed by that app’s own terms.

The company

This site is run by GolfStack LLC, a Wyoming company developing a mobile golf training application.

Using the site

You may browse the site. You may not misuse it, try to break it, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or send anything unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.

Pages on this site describe the golf training app GolfStack is developing. They are not a promise that a released version will include a particular feature, or that it will ship on a particular date.

Email is not a contract

Emailing hello@golfstack.com asks us to talk. It does not create a contract with GolfStack.

An email is subject to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. It is a disclosure, and sending a message does not turn it into a separate contract.

Your content

You keep ownership of material you send us. You give GolfStack permission to use it to reply. You are responsible for having the rights to share it.

Our content

The site design, text, and graphics belong to GolfStack LLC or its licensors. You may not copy them for another product. The GolfStack name and mark are ours. Nothing here grants a license to our software, except the right to view this site.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. A description of the app on this site is not the specification of the released app.

Liability

This section applies to use of this website. It does not replace the terms of the mobile app.

To the fullest extent the law allows, GolfStack LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Where a cap is allowed, our total liability for a claim about the website itself is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some laws do not allow a limit like this. Where they do not, the limit does not apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to Wyoming’s conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming are the venue for a dispute about this website, unless a separate written agreement names a different venue, or a law that cannot be waived gives you a different forum.
